The front room was redesigned to function as a lounge and office area. To evoke a cozy, liveable interior, we went with a muted color palette with subtle pops of color.
The custom kitchen banquette was built to add storage and provide ample seating for a family of four to enjoy.
The rear of the brownstone was redesigned to function as a playroom, which served as a destination to let imaginations run wild and function as a mini library and remote learning space. The playroom was designed to be a space the kids can grow into and where the adults could also lounge and enjoy movie and game trivia nights.
